Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the online store of ECOMO IMPEX Ltd., the official representative of Allgrill.de in Bulgaria. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and purchases. By accessing or purchasing from our online shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses through our online store. Consumer rights under mandatory law (including the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act and EU directives) remain unaffected.

3) Orders & Contract Conclusion

  • Product listings on the website are invitations to purchase, not binding offers.
  • By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to buy. The contract is concluded once we confirm the order in writing (email) or by dispatching the goods.
  • We reserve the right to decline orders in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect information, or unavailability.

4) Prices & Payment

  • All prices are shown in EUR (Euro) or BGN (Bulgarian Lev) and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.
  • Additional shipping fees are displayed during checkout and added to the total order amount.
  • Accepted payment methods include: cash on delivery (COD), bank transfer, and online card payments (if available).
  • Full payment must be received before dispatch (except COD orders).

5) Delivery

  • Delivery is carried out by third-party courier services.
  • Estimated delivery times are 2–5 business days within Bulgaria unless otherwise indicated.
  • Risk of accidental loss passes to the customer once goods are delivered to the shipping address.

6) Right of Withdrawal & Returns

  • Consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving goods without giving any reason.

7) Warranty & Liability

  • All goods are covered by statutory warranty rights as well as any applicable manufacturer’s warranty.
  • If products are defective, you may request repair, replacement, or refund according to legal provisions.
  • Our liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical of such contracts. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or damages resulting from improper use, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

8) Customer Obligations

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when ordering.
  • You are responsible for ensuring accessibility of the delivery address (especially for bulky goods such as grills).
  • You agree not to misuse our website or services.

9) Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you consent to the processing of your data for order fulfillment and related purposes.

10) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
  • Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Bulgarian courts.
  • Consumers also have access to out-of-court dispute resolution via the European Commission’s ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11) Amendments

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The version valid at the time of your order will apply to that order.
