Shipping & Returns

ECOMO IMPEX Ltd. is the official representative of Allgrill.de in Bulgaria. The terms below apply to purchases made via our online store and deliveries within Bulgaria unless stated otherwise.

1) Shipping

1.1 Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed on business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
• Standard processing time: 1–2 business days after your order is confirmed and payment is received (for prepaid orders).

1.2 Delivery Time & Carrier

• Standard delivery within Bulgaria: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• Shipments are handled by a reputable courier service. Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.

1.3 Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight/volume and destination.
• Promotions such as free shipping (if available) will be clearly indicated at checkout.

1.4 Bulky / Heavy Items (e.g., Gas Grills)

• Large and heavy products may ship on a pallet or require two-person delivery.
• Curbside delivery is standard for palletized items; the courier will deliver to the nearest accessible point at street level.
• Please ensure building and access conditions allow delivery of bulky items. Redelivery due to access issues may incur additional fees.

1.5 Delivery Inspection

• On delivery, please inspect the package for visible damage before signing the courier’s receipt.
• If you notice damage, note it on the delivery slip and ask the courier to record a damage report. Please inform us within 24 hours and include photos.

2) Returns & Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the date you (or a person indicated by you) receive the goods.

2. After you notify us, please return the product within 14 days.

2.2 Condition of Returned Goods

• Items must be returned unused, undamaged, complete, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documents included.
• Please pack returns securely. We may deduct an amount reflecting any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

2.3 Return Shipping Costs

• Unless otherwise indicated, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
• For bulky items (e.g., gas grills), return freight may be higher than standard parcel rates; we can help arrange collection upon request at the applicable cost.

2.4 Refunds

• We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard cost of delivery (if paid), within 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence of having sent them back—whichever is earlier.
• Refunds are made via the original payment method unless we agree otherwise.

2.5 Exchanges

• If you would like an exchange, please indicate this when you contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and may involve additional or refunded price differences and shipping costs.

2.6 Exceptions

• Returns may be refused or value deductions applied if the product:
  • has been used, installed, connected to gas, or shows signs of wear/soiling;
  • is missing parts, accessories, documentation, or original packaging;
  • was customized, specially ordered, or made to your specifications;
  • includes consumables that were unsealed after delivery (where hygiene/safety rules apply).
• Gas cylinders, fuels, and other hazardous materials are not returnable.

3) Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

• If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us promptly (preferably within 24–72 hours) with photos and order details.
• Where a defect or our error is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the item and cover reasonable return shipping costs.

4) Warranty & Repairs

• Products are covered by the applicable legal and manufacturer warranty terms. Please retain your invoice/receipt and warranty card.
• For warranty claims, contact us with a description of the issue, photos/video if possible, and your proof of purchase. We will guide you through troubleshooting, parts replacement, or service.
